We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Small Business Representative. This role entails full-time on-road responsibilities within Victoria, focusing on sales of security equipment including CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls for Small Businesses.
Location: Mulgrave VIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
- Achieve KPIs based on activity, sales targets, proposals, and client wins.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and pro forma invoices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate data management.
- Utilize leads generated by the business to drive sales.
- Actively promote the company's products and services through networking and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate (HSC) minimum.
- Previous experience in new Business Sales and account management.
- Valid Victorian security license is a must
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Training will be provided as needed.

- Base salary: $85,000 - $90,000+ super + Bonus.
