We are looking for an entry level Social Media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of Social Media campaigns and the day-to-day of our exciting Ecom Social Media platforms. Your passion for Social Media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of Social Media best practices across all Social Media channels.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, driven, self-sufficient and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses to consistently improve the company’s Social Media practices over time.
This is an on-site position at our Narre Warren office.
Responsibilities:
- Posting and scheduling all content for our Pinterest account
- Social media content – overseeing influencer posts
- Assessing new influencers for suitability with collaborations
- Working with the team to brainstorm content ideas
- Assisting with Filming + Editing reels
- Posting stories with shared influencer content + UGC
- Checking influencer orders as they arrive for quality control
- Monitor influencer orders for updates
- Responding to Social Media comments and messages.
- Daily engagement with our Social Media community
- Keeping Social Media folders of video files and links for customers up to date
- Scheduling all posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for the month ahead
- Influencer point of call for queries, assistance with measuring and advice, placing orders
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
- Excellent time management skills.
