About Rare Hare
Rare Hare is one of two hatted restaurants, located at the iconic Jackalope Hotel. Delivering a sumptuous food and wine affair, with a devil-may-care air, Rare Hare has built a reputation for outstanding food and service, in a casual and irreverent setting.
Rare Hare boasts indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the property’s vineyard and across to Jackalope striking silhouette. A hand-crafted wood-fired oven takes pride of place in the dining space, in which the kitchen team craft seasonal, produce-driven dishes showcasing the best of the Peninsula.
About the role
We are looking for someone to bring experience, knowledge and a strong work ethic to the kitchen, to work alongside our Head Chef to mentor the kitchen team and deliver consistent, exceptional food.
The role is predominantly day shifts with potentially only 2 nights involved. Rare Hare is open for lunch every day and dinner on Friday and Saturday. Yo will also get 2 days off in a row.
