12 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE COVER
You will be working for a delightful Gastroenterologist who needs a qualified exeprienced Medical Secretary to fill in full time for 12 months Maternity cover.
Predominantly the role is in North Melbourne, but you will need to travel to Epworth Richmond for consulting every Tuesday morning and 3 Friday mornings a month.
Main responsibilities are:
- Reception
- Busy front desk duties
- Dealing with the many emails
- Answering phone calls
- Organising Theatre lists and booking of Anaesthetists
- IT literacy - Genie
- Medical billings
- Knowledge of Eclipse
- Dealing with all Health Funds, Medicare, and Medicare Item numbers
- Diary management
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a busy, delightful doctor, who needs an experienced Secretary/P.A, who is thorough, proactive, and enjoys her work.
