What Therapy Connect Offers You

Work that fits your lifestyle or other work: We offer true flexibility to integrate life and work.

Experienced team: We have a highly experienced team who share their expertise, knowledge and digital resources to ensure high quality and evidence based practice is delivered. We have internal Communities of Practice in key areas including trauma informed practice and complex disability to support our clinical growth.

Work from home: While our practitioners work remotely (and enjoy avoiding the commute!), our team is strongly connected. We regularly get together online to share, learn, laugh and support each other. You'll also get assistance with your hardware & work from home setup.

About Therapy Connect
Therapy Connect Values
Our values are below - we’re guessing as an allied health professional yours will likely be similar. We also value the fact that we each have lives outside of our work and both are important.
Champion equity: Access to healthcare is a human right. So, we lead by example to ensure people with disabilities receive exceptional care. Striving for clinical excellence, changing the game, educating...and never giving up.
Develop connection: Connection doesn’t just happen. We must always be planting the seeds for vibrant relationships with our teammates and clients. We do that by looking for opportunities to share and by giving the best of ourselves.
Make an impact: We’re here to make an impact for an underserved community. So, we put our expertise to use, deliver on our promises, and hold ourselves accountable—both for our performance and the progress our clients make along the way.

We recognise the importance of attracting the right people for the right jobs and the value of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. We are actively seeking to increase the diversity of our team and encourage applications from people living with disability/ies; people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQI+ community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
