About the role
In this 6-month fixed term opportunity you will work closely with the wider Commercial Strategy and Excellence team and report into the Strategy Manager.
This role will see you support supplier queries, resolution, supplier communication and training programs for the SRM feature releases. This will drive user adoption, supplier engagement and Cole's compliance to the Grocery Code.
You will partner across varied stakeholders and require great consultation and strong written and project management experience. You will also:
- Manage and be the first port of call for internal/external SRM business user queries
- Communicate with suppliers to validate, update and ensure accurate information is provided
- Support training delivery to stakeholders
- Assist workflow and embed processes and support in the management of knowledge articles and content
This is an exciting new role working with various stakeholders across the business in transition to a new portal. Your proven organisational, project management and exposure to change management will set you up for success, you will also need:
- Partner with teams cross functionally and at all levels
- Perform tasks with limited supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral with a strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, show initiative as well as working as core member of the team.
- Ability to manage time and continuously re-prioritise workflow in accordance with the changing needs of the function.
- Flexible and pro-active approach to day-to-day tasks
- Results and service orientated.
- Confident, assertive, and open to challenge and discussion
