As the State Manager, you will assume a pivotal role within our organization, spearheading efforts to drive growth and enhance member experiences within the dynamic landscape of New South Wales.
Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to craft and lead a strategic acquisition plan and develop deep customer relationships in a competitive market. You will use commercial knowledge and exceptional business acumen to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity, driving excellent customer experience.
Your leadership will extend to effectively managing and motivating our dedicated sales team in NSW, fostering an environment of engagement, performance excellence and collaboration. As State Manager you will also be instrumental in driving financial success and managing overall business health within the state.
