Transport Engineering Solutions (TES), a division of Sime Darby Motors Group, is one of Australia's leading suppliers of OEM truck and trailer solutions. TES is unique in the market delivering a complete range of products from world class brands in the core transport categories: Hydraulics, Braking, Transport Equipment and Materials Handling.We are looking to appoint a State Sales Manager to manage all day-to-day sales, operations, and logistics for the Victorian team.Key Responsibilities include: Lead and motivate the Victorian team to ensure the achievement of key business targets. Plan, promote and actively sell all TES products to wholesale and retail customers within the South Australia trading area.Provide expert product advice to existing and potential TES customers both internal and external.Deliver agreed gross profit, market share and sales objectives.Knowledge and experience:Previous experience in a similar position.Commercial vehicle hydraulic experience is highly desirable. Commercial vehicle brakes experience is preferable. Proven facilitation, networking and relationship building skills.Demonstrated leadership and people/team development experience Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
