What's on offer?
The 8Homes team is looking to employ a customer-focused and driven Client Manager to work within our Presite team.
Within this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Maintain organized client files and documentation, following company procedures.
- Communicate promptly with stakeholders, ensuring timely correspondence.
- Manage workflow administration, including client contact, database updates, finance, and documentation, meeting required deadlines.
- Foster cross-department alignment to optimize workflow and enhance client experience.
- Schedule client appointments according to company guidelines.
- Prepare contracts and input build times in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients to review and sign documents, addressing queries with relevant departments.
- Ensure completion of necessary documentation with client's lender/broker and maintain a high customer service rating.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a customer-facing role within residential construction
- Understanding of building regulations, building codes and residential building processes
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
- Experience with Framework and Click Homes Database systems is an advantage
