State Service Manager

Client:Our client is seeking a State Service Manager to join the team in their Perth,WA location. They are national Australian Business that specialises in the Trades and Services Industry. 

Duties:

As the State Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, process improvement, and lead a team of 10 Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service. Your primary objective is to achieve revenue targets through effective leadership, innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to operational field service management, ensuring high performance, compliance, and a strong focus on health and safety.

The duties include but not limited to:

• Achieve annual revenue targets through effective leadership and team management
• Innovate and deploy creative solutions to enhance customer service and promote growth
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the service team aligns with business needs and surpasses customer expectations
• Ensure adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and regulations in Operational Field Service Management
• Optimise staff productivity and efficiency by managing calls per day and ensuring proper resourcing of Service Technicians' van stock for maximum efficiency's
• Resolve daily challenges related to service delivery and customer requirements, prioritising timely and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee Health and Safety protocols, ensuring Service Technicians adhere to Environmental and Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

• A trade qualification (electrical, refrigeration, plumbing) would be highly regarded 
• Current Drivers License is critical 
• Experience in managing teams 
• Committed to safety and maintaining a safe working environment
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Performance management experience
• Strong customer service skills
