The Role:
- Portfolio size of around 15/18 Buildings
- Liaising with strata owners, committee members agents
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas & minutes
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
- Proven experience managing large schemes, BMCs, CAs, etc
- Strong relationship management experience
