We are seeking an experienced Front Office/Student Support with strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once at our Adelaide Campus.
Job Role:
- Responsible for Front Office, email and telephone enquiries from current and prospective students, staff, and the general public, providing advice or redirecting to alternative staff as appropriate;
- Enhance the student experience by providing high quality customer services including enquiry management, appointment scheduling, producing identification cards and processing payments for fees and charges;
- Process student applications and requests by utilising various information systems;
- Prepare Offer letters and other correspondence in relation to student administration;
- Provide administrative support to senior management while ensuring efficient operation of the office;
About You
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for the provision of excellent customer service;
- High level verbal and written communication skills;
- A sound understanding of key administrative processes;
- Proficient computer skills; particularly Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software's;
- An empathy with and ability to communicate with students and staff, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
