Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General studio upkeep
- PA duties to the Director
- Financial assistance
- Project Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Preparation of Bids and Submissions
- Marketing assistance
- Business Development + Marketing/PR
- Project leads and follow up
- Prepare client fee proposals and client architect agreements
- Assist with Photoshoots
- Assist with Award Submissions
- Practice Admin + PA Support
- Scheduling client meetings
- Insurances
- CPD Register
- CMA office manual
- IT support
- Managing staff leave
- Office supplies
- Diary and email management for Director
Skills and Experience
- Experience within design and architecture
