Position Overview:
As a Submissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our project development process. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing all documentation and submissions related to our construction projects. This includes working closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the tender submission process, including preparation and timely submission of documentation, while keeping all stakeholders informed of timelines and requirements.
- Support the Submissions Manager and New Business team in a strategic, timely, and responsive manner.
- Develop high-quality content, including bespoke responses, graphics, and supporting documentation.
- Format and layout tender submissions using Adobe InDesign to ensure materials meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient submission process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign (full Adobe Suite preferred) for creating high-quality documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative work with stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in the Australian commercial building industry is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
