The Opportunity
We're excited to recruit a Supplier and Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our small but growing Quality team to work with suppliers who supply Chobani with ingredients, packaging and services. You will manage non-conformances in the quality of the products and ensure corrective and preventative actions are resolved whilst being the go-to quality contact externally for our Co-Manufacturers and Co-Packers.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll play a crucial role in partnering our NPD, Procurement, Production and Quality teams to bring standardization and consistency against specifications for our ingredients/packaging, and work closely with our suppliers and co-manufacturers to introduce KPI’s and take proactive action to reduce risks across the supply chain.  

This is an exciting time to join Chobani as we embark on our journey towards Operational Excellence. You'll drive continuous improvement for those ingredients/packaging that are identified as high risk and ensure risks are controlled and/or eliminated whilst working closely internally to drive industry best practices and support continuous improvement within the Chobani systems. 

We are based at our state-of-the-art office and manufacturing facility at Dandenong South, where you will have access to flexible and hybrid working. 

Skills & Experience
Ideally, you’re someone who has:
• Significant experience in the FMCG or Pharma industries auditing suppliers and co-manufacturers.
• High levels of influencing skills, a strong communicator and confidence to push back when needed.
• Self-drive and motivation to achieve, confident to hit the ground running and identify and implement Industry best practices. 
• An analytical mind, high levels of curiosity and a deep continuous improvement mindset
• A passion in driving Quality and comfortable driving change internally and externally
