Responsibilities:

 As a Supply and Distribution Manager at LotusPackaging, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain anddistribution strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Management: Devise and implement strategic plans for effective supply chain and Distribution operations, ensuring optimal product flow.
2. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from procurement to delivery, optimizing routes and minimizing lead times.
3. Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
4. Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely deliveries.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Supply and Distribution team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial rolewithin supply chain and Distribution.

• In-depth knowledge of supplychain principles and Distribution logistics.

• Strong negotiation skills and theability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

• Proven leadership abilities witha focus on team collaboration and performance.

• Adaptability to a fast-pacedenvironment and changing market demands.

• Full-time availability, includingflexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
