About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Support Officer to join the growing team on a Permanent, Full-time basis.
Ours is a branch that is growing, with big plans for our future! In readying ourselves for this growth, we are developing our team. As an Elders Support Officer Logistics, you will provide logistics and exceptional customer service support to the Sales team and Elders customers. Apart from offering a complete delivery service for the Roseworthy branch, you will be a team player, ready to jump in and support branch operations where required.
Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
As a Support Officer Logistics you will:

• Ensuring the upkeep and organisation of the warehouse, store, and yard.
• Handling the picking, packing, and coordination of customer orders for timely delivery.
• Safely managing the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock.
• Contributing to the secure storage of rural products, in accordance with Agsafe accreditation.
• Assisting with stocktaking and other rural products support activities as required.
• Performing rural product sales in branch.

About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have;

• Are self-motivated, have strong teamwork skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
• Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of general merchandise products (beneficial) and safe storage & handling practices.
• Possess a Drivers Licence (essential)
• Possess a Medium Rigid Truck Licence (essential)
• Possess a Forklift Licence (desired)
