We are looking to refresh our team with motivated and driven Project Sales Agents to work in our prominent Surfers Paradise Sales Suite.
As a member of the Ray White Projects team you will have access to a large range of project listings and a selection of boutique developments exclusively for sale by Ray White.
We provide all the property listings and buyer leads as well as all the support and infrastructure of Australia’s largest Real Estate Company behind you.
The successful applicants will need:
- Current QLD Real Estate Sales Licence;
- A reliable car to inspect properties with clients;
- To work a rotating roster of shifts including weekends;
- Exceptional sales skills to introduce buyers to a wide selection of residential projects across the Gold Coast;
- Ability to nurture buyer relationships and work with existing database buyers to grow long-lasting client relationships;
- Autonomously manage the introduction of buyers to projects and coordinate the signing of Expressions of Interest; Contracts; Payment of Deposits etc.
- Maintain relationships with buyers from initial meeting through to successful settlement
