Role snapshot

As an important part of our People & Culture team, you'll play a critical role in administering and managing our HRIS, Dayforce system, including:

• Configuring the system and managing user accounts, access controls, and security.
• Ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and troubleshooting any issues.
• Providing technical support to business users and contributing to their training.
• Developing & maintaining system documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements & improvements.
• Generating and distributing reports and maintaining the organizational hierarchy.
• Supporting compliance with data privacy regulations and managing test environments and accounts.
• Contributing to the rollout of new releases.

Our successful candidate

Ideally you have a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related, along with proven experience in working with a HRIS platform (preferably Dayforce). You also have a strong understanding of HR processes & procedures.

We're also seeking the following qualities:

• Strong understanding of Dayforce HRIS system and previous experience setting up a similar function from scratch.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, and able to adapt to both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Work both as part of a team & autonomously.
