About the role:
Based out of our Head Office in Wesley Place, Melbourne, work as part of Applications Support team in this Full Time role.
- Provide application level support to all Uniting Agewell Application users with a strong focus on Community/HomeCare applications
- Provide day to day phone/email support
- Prepare and maintain application documentation
- Escalate and manage application issues
- Manage application security
- Be responsible for creating and supporting custom reports
- Assist with any project work, typically software upgrades or implementations
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
This is the place for you if you:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT or related work experience
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in application support
- Experience and understanding of the Home Care sector
- Experience in supporting Workforce Community/Home Care CRM and scheduling softare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
