About the role:

Based out of our Head Office in Wesley Place, Melbourne, work as part of Applications Support team in this Full Time role. 

  • Provide application level support to all Uniting Agewell Application users with a strong focus on Community/HomeCare applications
  • Provide day to day phone/email support
  • Prepare and maintain application documentation
  • Escalate and manage application issues
  • Manage application security
  • Be responsible for creating and supporting custom reports
  • Assist with any project work, typically software upgrades or implementations

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

  • Tertiary Qualification in IT or related work experience
  • Minimum 3 years practical experience in application support
  • Experience and understanding of the Home Care sector
  • Experience in supporting Workforce Community/Home Care CRM and scheduling softare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working With Children card
  • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance
