About the role
The TAFE Services Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location optimising community engagement including multicultural events.
Experience in emergency management procedures, stakeholder engagement, and event management is highly desirable.
You’ll have good networking skills, and a flexible approach to your workday, allowing you to balance campus operations and stakeholder management.
These are campus based roles and the successful candidates will be required to work onsite.
About You
You are a motivated and engaged individual who applies a high level of customer service and can-do attitude to manage and facilitate on-the-ground services. You’ll have good networking skills, and a flexible approach to your workday, allowing you to balance campus operations and stakeholder management. You are familiar with and confident using the various applications of Microsoft Office Suite and willing to apply your technology skills. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results-driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities.
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.
