About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Maroochydore based IFYS People & Culture team in a newly developed position.
This role will receive on the job training and will have the opportunity for skill development in additional areas of the Recruitment team, with the view to support your career development and to allow back-fill opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a high attention to detail.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this role will:
- Monitor the Recruitment inbox, responding to and directing queries in a timely manner with a customer focus
- Maintain systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage the efficient progression of candidates through reference checking and police checking processes
- Complete scanning and filing for recruitment related documents
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Ensure a consistent and positive recruitment experience for all candidates
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar administrative role desirable but not required
- The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good general IT skills, and a high level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful:
- Valid Queensland driver's license, and own reliable transport
- QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2)
- National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
