Base salary range of $72,031 - $79,508 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and advice for the delivery of customer focussed end to end Talent Acquisition activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Workforce Service Team.
We are looking for suitable candidates who would like to be considered for future Talent Acquisition Officer positions at TAFE NSW. This recruitment will be used to create a Talent Pool for temporary or permanent opportunities that may arise over the next 18 months.
Location is negotiable across select TAFE NSW campuses. Please note your preferred campus location is not guaranteed and is subject to campus availability at the time of offer.
About You
We are seeking passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officers who will be committed to achieving extraordinary outcomes for the business. You are agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and love a challenge. You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- An understanding of operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments.
- Experience with high volume administrative tasks in a transactional and complex environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A willingness be open to new learnings and ability to adapt to changes
- Knowledge and experience of HR Systems (for example Page UP, SAP and HPCM)
- Previous recruitment onboarding experience
- Audit, Probity and Governance experience

A talent pool, valid for 18 months, may be created for this position, and position(s) of the same classification that subsequently becomes vacant, may be filled via this talent pool.
