Bolton Clarke is Australiau0027s largest independent not-for-profit Aged Care provider, offering at home support, retirement living and residential aged care services. You will partner with our wonderful stakeholders and as a subject matter expert, work closely with each other to ensure a cohesive service and a great experience for our candidates. Your focus will be on high-volume recruitment for Personal Care Workers, Registered Nurses, as well as office support roles and other clinical Allied Health positions within the WA and QLD region portfolio, with our Perth - WA office as your base.
A week in the life of your new role:
- Providing support to hiring managers by placing ads, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking, document collection and offer management
- You’ll help develop strategies to reduce our time to fill and increase quality of hire as well as undertake continuous improvements on recruitment workflows, leader tool-kits, training and documentation
- You’ll get to take part in side-projects we have on our radar including Employer Branding initiatives, attending Career Expos and building relationships with industry partners
- Be proactive to identify continuous improvement activities on leader tool-kits, training and resources
- High volume recruitment experience gained in either internal or agency environment as well as an ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide recruitment and talent advice
- A high level of customer service, communication and administration skills.
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking systems – we use JobAdder and will provide training if required
- 2024 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
- Covid vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
- Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate
