As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring the best talent to join their dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilising innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top-tier candidates.
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Experience required:
To be successful in this position, you will:
- Be a strong Recruitment professional (agency/internal) with min 3 years experience
- Have proven experience headhunting and talent pooling
- Have exposure in health or medial style recruitment or similar
- Be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
