About the role
Due to this continued growth they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialistto join their team based at Macquarie Park. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for a range of positions across the business. You will also support the HR team with administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the management team and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for new hires.
- Support the hiring managers with compiling position descriptions and interviews
- Support with current projects and recruiting internationally
- Ensure processes for new hires are managed in accordance with company standards
- Processing of all pre-employment checks including; medicals, police checks, reference checks and all other background checks as required for each project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience - agency and internal beneficial
- An advanced level of the MS Office suite of products (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience recruiting for a diverse range of positions (blue and white collar)
- Ability to work within a team, build relationships, with exceptional customer service skills
