Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team at the forefront of innovation.About the Role: As they launch our state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in NSW, they are harnessing cutting-edge technology to enhance customer offerings and create a safer, cleaner workplace. They need a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale their operations at Wetherill Park. This is a contract role until December 2024 with potential extension.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers to meet all recruitment needs for the project.
• Manage Relationships: Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring a seamless journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
• Proactive Sourcing: Utilize various channels to market for pipelining and attracting top talent.
• Business Insight: Participate in business and leadership meetings to stay informed and support recruitment strategies.
• Data-Driven: Deliver insightful reporting on recruitment metrics on a daily and weekly basis.

Requirements:

• Onsite presence at Wetherill Park is required 4 days a week.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a knack for high-volume recruitment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to provide meaningful data insights.
