In this role within our Operations team, you'll take charge of:
- Recruiting carers, registered nurses, and community carers
- Engaging in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent pooling to onboarding
- Serving as a trusted advisor in the talent domain
- Cultivating strong partnerships with Resident Managers, Community Care Coordinators, and senior leadership
- Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment preferred
- Ability to adeptly manage stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates through diverse channels
- Capacity to handle multiple roles across various locations, including remote ones
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences
- Familiarity with Jobadder is advantageous but not mandatory
- A genuine and authentic approach to work and life
