Form of workAidacare is a leading National Provider of equipment and related services supplying the Aged-Care, Acute Care, Community and Complex Rehab sectors. Aidacare has 1,200 staff and over 70 locations across all states in Australia. We are currently looking for an experienced sales or commercial manager to lead our established Tamworth branch and build our newly developed Armidale branch. This Permanent Full Time position which will take full ownership of the day to day performance and operations of two branches and all its employees. Role responsibilities
- Leadership: You will have responsibility over the entire team at Tamworth and Armidale, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, development and performance management of local employees working across Sales/Customer Service/Warehouse. Also responsible for driving a positive and collaborative work environment
- System Proficiency: We need you be confident with systems (eg: Dynamics, SAP etc.) and CRMs.
- General sales support: Help manage Inbound-calls, Retail-sales, Quotes, Orders, Invoicing.
- Supply support, responsible for Back-order management
- Sales rep “buddy” support: Supporting our “on the road” sales reps by Organising Loan-stock, Quotes, Orders, Invoicing.
- Showroom sales (walk-in retail customers): Help out with Stock, presentation, promotions.
- Customer Service: Set high standards of client and customer service across all teams
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- HR skills, and ability to mediate and manage potential performance and interpersonal issues
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Desirable: Knowledge of the industry/sector
