u&u is partnering with a growing professional services organisation operating in the technology and digital space, to recruit this newly created position due to business growth. You will join a high performing and vibrant team, based in modern offices in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
This is a full time, permanent role and will be 100% office based.
The Role:
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Screening calls and taking messages from clients;
- Organising meetings and sending out confirmation emails;
- Preparing documentation for client meetings such as presentations;
- Assisting with the creation of sales proposals and tenders;
- Ensuring information is accurately inputted into the database (CRM);
- Maintaining quality and compliance whilst adhering to industry standards; and
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment;
- Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders of all levels;
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong computer skills with MS Office; and
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
