More specifically this role will be responsible for a range of processes and activities relating to the management and administration of Enrolments and Progression in accordance with the timelines across the student lifecycle.
To be successful you will have:
- Ability to effectively manage a team with demonstrated people management and team building skills.
- Superior communication skills and capability to foster professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate operation procedure, policies and systems and make recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with ability to analyse and interpret policy, maintain data integrity, resolve problems for clients and assess performance.

Student Administration is responsible for a range of administrative processes and services across the student lifecycle and academic calendar. These services extend from the student's first enrolment all the way through to their graduation, at the completion of their study. Student Administration incorporates the following units: Enrolment, International Enrolments and Partners, Timetable and Completion, Examinations and Results and Systems.
