Job Description:
The Team Leader, HR Support is responsible for leading a team todeliver HR administration that aligns with the organisationalobjectives at both the strategic and operational levels. The rolewill oversee performance, planning, organisation and taskprioritisation of the team whilst building capability within asupportive and empowering environment.
The role also contributes to the planning, development, andimplementation of project-based work by collaborating to identifyand analyse requirements, ensuring HR Support operates withcustomer service in mind.
Key skills we expect you can demonstrate:
- Strong working knowledge of and experience in applying Human Resources Management principles to ensure decisions taken abide by relevant legislation, regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a team to problem solve over coming challenges and facilitate the achievement of outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising a diverse and dynamic team.

- Experience in Human Resources administration and using HR information systems.

Contract:
Contract for up to 12 months
Special Conditions:
- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- Some out of hours work may be required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work.
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. By applying for this role you consent to being screened under the process of obtaining a National Police Clearance (NPC), and to the Department requiring you to obtain an NPC.
Remuneration:
ASO5 $84,522 min - $94,003 max p.a.
