The Role
The National Office is seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about their work to join our team as a Team Leader. Responsibilities
- Overseeing customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Fostering robust communication channels with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Offering continuous guidance and mentoring to the customer service team to cultivate and sustain an efficient, professional unit.
- Assessing current procedures and systems concerning customer service and order processing, and proposing new protocols as necessary.
- Administering local contract pricing.
- Ensuring that the Customer Service team interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing customer concerns to safeguard and enhance the brand.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- A keen sense of urgency, oriented towards meeting deadlines, and possessing exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex tasks.
- Extensive background in a Team Leader role within customer service, preferably in a technical or production setting, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office software.
- Solid industry expertise.
- Experience with Infor Syteline is advantageous, though not mandatory.
