Position: Technical Account Manager     
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Super

Position Overview:
A newly created role in an incredibly successful, Perth-based IT solutions and services provider, with a mission to become Australia’s most trusted MSP. They are kicking goals and have witnessed explosive growth over the past few years. They are now actively recruiting for a talented Technical Account Manager, with a strong focus on sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customer base.
• Build a deep understanding of individual customers technical requirements.
• Regular check in with customers, offer insights, suggestions, and additional services.
• Adress customer concerns (when required).
• Attend meetups, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate with delivery team to ensure customers are fully updated on progress.
• New business development and proactively identify sales opportunities with potential customers.
• Develop and present personalised solutions, to meet customers needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, monitor pipelines, and run sales reports (using CRM).
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.

  
To Succeed in This Roles:

• Proven experience in an Account Management or Business Development role, within an IT Services business.
• Be a team player, approachable, with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills. 
• Highly motivated with a proven sales record.
