Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex Technical Projects. You will be part of our global delivery team. Key responsibilities includes alignment with business objectives and technology focus and implementation. Also, project planning and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

·         Handle end to end project techno-functional solutions and guidance to team.

·         Good understanding of project methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, PMP.

·         Exhibit expertise in various project areas involved in technology integration.

·         Manage customer and team expectations and conflicts effectively in a proactive manner.

·         Manage relationships and handle technical issues with customers, partners, and vendors.

·         Exhibit understanding of software design and architecture.

·         Perform high-level analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution.

·         Perform Effort estimation, cost estimation, clarity on project risks and issues.

·         Proactively identify risks and mitigations and escalate issues well in advance.

·         Participate, as necessary, in coding, code review, testing and documentation.

·         Develop a detailed project plan with WBS, interdependency of tasks and monitor and control the progress.

·         Tightly manage the agreed scope and ensure deliverables, dependencies, exclusions are clearly communicated and effectively managed ensuring technical feasibility.

·         Effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to get their agreement for the project scope and timelines.

·         Providing status reports RAG reports with proactive communications of issues and risks

·         Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

·         Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

·         Anchor operational processes like timesheet approvals; leave approvals, timely closure of appraisals invoicing etc. working with the different enabling function.

·         Comprehensive knowledge and experience in SQL and PLSQL.

·         Fluency in one or more data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / QlikView / Qlik Sense)

·         Good to have experience in Data Warehousing and Data Modelling.

·         Hands on experience in python or other coding languages will be an advantage.

·         Experience in Oracle, Informatica, SAP BO, BODS, BW will be an advantage.

·         8+ Years Experience in Product or Service based IT Organisation

·         Education Background: Any ME / M Tech / Be / B Tech

·         Experience in end-to-end BI project implementations including architecting verification and validation environments and flows for simulation, emulation, BI Solutions or Application Development etc.

·         Proved experience of Technical Project and change management.

·         Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

·         Excellent Communication skills
