THE COMPANY
We're a top global provider of commercial and industrial laundry equipment and due to continuous growth within the business, we are looking for a Technical Sales rep to join the team and reap the rewards.
The Role & Responsibilities
The role will be a hybrid role focusing on both the maintenance/repairs of appliances as well as sales too.
The Technical:
- Onsite repair, service and maintenance of our customer's laundry equipment Australia.
- Installation of commercial and industrial laundry equipment
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Provide professional levels of customer service.
- Promote company products and services with a holistic approach.
The Sales:
- Act as a primary point of contact for business-to-business (B2B) sales, representing the company's commercial products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new commercial clients within a designated territory or market segment.
- Seek out sales leads, nurture prospects, and successfully close deals.
- Identify new opportunities through expanded product range and existing client base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to perform to KPI expectations and drive positive outcomes.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Electrical trade qualifications highly desirable.
- Experience working within repairing/installing/maintenance on laundry appliances are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience selling Appliances on a commercial scale is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be enthusiastic and autonomous.
- Proven experience of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Current Australian Drivers licence.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
