Position Overview:
As a Technical Sales Administrator, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional service to Pneumatic Solutions' valued customers. Your primary focus will be to assist clients in identifying and selecting the right pneumatic parts to meet their unique requirements and ensuring they receive top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices promptly and accurately.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and providing technical support in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, product developments, and technical advancements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Previous experience in a technical customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach and a focus on building lasting relationships.
