Global Health Limited is seeking a full-timeTechnical Sales Specialist/Business Development Manager in its Melbourneoffice. This is a hybrid role, featuring some work from home flexibility. Reportingto the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the sale and supportof Electronic Medical Records, Patient Administration Systems, PatientEngagement Portals and Patient Engagement Applications
Responsibilities
· Provide support on the useand configuration of Electronic Medical Records,Patient Administration Systems, Patient Engagement Portals and PatientEngagement Applications
· Working with identifiedcompany prospects, specifically in Community Health, Private Hospitals andMental Health sector.
· Working with clinicaldecision support platforms.
· Setting up, demonstratingand supporting consumer personal health engagement platforms.
· Maintaining an accurate CRMrecord of prospect contact details and activity.
· Making contact with thesuitable target individuals within a prospective client or existing customers.
· Working with identifiedcompany prospects.
· Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms,and completing contracts and recording orders
· Carrying out pre-tender andtender evaluations and processes
Qualificationsand Requirements
- In depth knowledge of device and digital integrations.
- Remote Patient Monitoring Experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience.
- Experience working with HL7 integrations and FHIR APIs
- Applications experience on Medical/Diagnostic/Home Care systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Biological Science
- MSc or PhD desirable
- Experience using CRMs such as Hubspot
