The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a dynamic Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Services team. In this role you will support customer and operational business needs by effectively managing the inbound of customer equipment and all inputs associated with the ANZ Service Centre. These inputs include but are not limited to spare parts, decontamination procedures and loan/demonstration equipment. The primary objective of this position is to ensure all Service Requests are actioned accordingly and that the Depot is consistently running at full capacity to satisfy all customer requirements. This role is based at our Old Toongabbie site and is a 5 day onsite based role. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Technical Services Management and team to support device evaluation, triage, and repair of devicesReview all and open Service Requests and associated complaints to ensure timely closure to meet Quality standardsMaintain accurate machine details and service activities through database upkeep and communication with Technical Services Administration teamComplete all designated internal product and other training as required including but not limited to Technical Newsletter/ Service Bulletin, Technical Services communications, and other team workshop participationsEnsure customer satisfaction in all aspects related to your duties with appropriate escalation to ensure proper action, follow up and customer communication is conducted on all service casesFollow up with customer and internal take holders to ensure all returned equipment details are adequately noted in service requestsReport areas of risk to Management and assist to plan mitigation strategiesCollaborate with team members and business stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basisEnsure compliance to all GMP & GDP requirementsEnsure Quality reporting and documentation of actives on accountability boards/reports is up to date and frequently reviewedOther duties as directed by your Manager. Key Requirements of the role include:Tertiary education in inventory and/or Project Management or related fieldsMinimum of 2 years of inventory and/or warehouse experience is highly desirablePrevious exposure to Technical Services activitiesBasic skill level in MS Office Suite Exceptional organisational and time management with demonstrated ability to follow tasks through to completionAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive key results and foster collaborative work environmentsProven strong focus with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
