About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we have recognised the need for a Technical Specialist to join our team in a full-time permanent role. Whilst the preferred location of this role would be in NSW, QLD or VIC, we are open to a hybrid role anywhere across Australia.
This would suit someone who has graduated with a Degree in IT or similar, who has experience in supporting SaaS applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide 2nd level application support to our clients across Australia via a ticketing system (Salesforce) working alongside our L1 Frontline support members, Development Teams and Solution Architects
- Triaging bug ticket escalations to identify and determine issues / bugs or standard system behaviour.
- Escalate tickets as required to senior team members and relevant teams
- Database navigation and data analysis to work through identifying issues, troubleshooting, diagnosis and carrying tickets / issues through to resolution
- Engagement with customers to trouble shoot and communicate functionality and more complex system fixes
- Test and provide quality assurance on fixes and updates to systems before they go live
- Work with our Product Team to triage client feature suggestions and translating requirements

Technical Requirements to succeed in this role:
- Essential: Experience using web applications
- Essential: SQL Experience
- Essential: Experience with Excel
- Desirable: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Desirable: Experience in application support
- Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Web Technologies
- Desirable: Experience working with large data sets
