AND YOU ARE…? 

Along with experience in a similar field, you must have: 

• AHPRA RN and Post Graduate Qualifications 
• Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal 
• Strong knowledge of ACQSC standards and relevant legislations 
• Capability to coach, influence, and drive change  
• Skill in analysing data and consumer trends, maintaining reporting systems  
• Experience leading best care practice and systems management 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities include: 

• Leading Clinical Governance and Compliance  
• Enhancing brand reputation for high quality care and Compliance  
• Maintaining or exceeding overall ‘star rating’ 
• Partnering with the Executive Leadership Team on organisation-wide projects and contributing to the strategic plan 
• Keeping abreast of legislative changes and contemporary best practices in aged care  
• Managing complaints and risk reporting to the COO
