AND YOU ARE…?
Along with experience in a similar field, you must have:
- AHPRA RN and Post Graduate Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal
- Strong knowledge of ACQSC standards and relevant legislations
- Capability to coach, influence, and drive change
- Skill in analysing data and consumer trends, maintaining reporting systems
- Experience leading best care practice and systems management
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities include:
- Leading Clinical Governance and Compliance
- Enhancing brand reputation for high quality care and Compliance
- Maintaining or exceeding overall ‘star rating’
- Partnering with the Executive Leadership Team on organisation-wide projects and contributing to the strategic plan
- Keeping abreast of legislative changes and contemporary best practices in aged care
- Managing complaints and risk reporting to the COO
