Form of workTelegraph Road Clinic is looking for a casual senior receptionist to join our very busy and friendly private billing medical practice in Bracken Ridge.
Must be resilient, reliable, empathetic and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Multi-tasking and managing a busy waiting room is essential with phone etiquette and intermediate knowledge of computers.
Previous experience in a general practice environment is desirable, a solid understanding of Medicare, and experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft would be an advantage.
Approximately 24- 32 hours per week available, with flexibility to cover additional hours.
