TENDER MANAGEMENT:
- Full management of tender process, including pre-tender planning, offer development, submission, management of tender evaluation process, award/non award analysis, contract signing and debrief process as required (internal and external).
- Loading the awarded tender pricing Sales Force and other internal systems.
- Managing the contract lifecycle, including communication with Category Managers, sales reports, contract variations, contract extensions, maintaining pricing in internal systems, product updates, recalls and all the other contract management tasks as required.
- Establishing effective working relationships with Category Managers from respective ANZ tender authorities. This will include, but is not exclusive to, NSW Health/OneLink, HealthShare Victoria – Vic, HSS – WA, Qld Health, SA Health, ACT Health, NT Health, Tasmania Health and Pharmac (NZ).
- End to end preparation of various Cardinal Health standard contracts inclusive of drafting through to signatures.
- Maintenance and checking of Fixed Asset Request Forms against contract, process through to customer service same and prepare contract documentation as required in support of this.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales/Marketing/Regulatory/Operations/Finance) as required.
- Contribute to maintaining the Contract Library.
- Maintain all information and databases in Sales Force and other systems as required.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- All activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality System.
- Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
- Other duties as requested from time to time by the Tenders Manager.
