Olympic Fine Foods started life in a small factory in suburban Perth back in 1979 selling product straight from the back of a truck to local greengrocers.
Over the years Olympics' product range has grown so that we now produce over 500 products under the Olympic & Stirling brands.
Due to continued growth we are seeking to employ another focused and passionate sales person to the team
About the Role
You will be calling on independent businesses including IGA's, licensed, petrol and convenience outlets, presenting, selling and servicing our extensive range of food products in a designated territory. Some country work will also be required.
You will also be required to create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets.
Tools of trade includes car, tablet, mobile phone and other essential tools are provided as well as comprehensive training and ongoing support.
We hold our customers in the highest regard and would expect applicants to have extensive experience selling to and servicing this area of business and be able to provide trade references as requested. As the role is highly skilled, only people within the FMCG industry should apply.
Skills
- Passion and the ability to work at a fast pace with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Cold calling/new business opportunity experience will be held in the highest regard
- Current drivers license essential
- Previous experience calling on this market segment considered essential
- Strong work ethic, teamwork and punctuality
- High attention to detail
