We are seeking motivated and experienced Managers to join our Client Services team in the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).
As an Administration Manager, you will join our Client Services area and lead a team of staff who provide complex registration information and compliance services to tax practitioners and the public. You'll manage workflows and productivity, ensuring quality standards are met. You'll present technical submissions to our Board on registration and compliance matters, and build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will share your knowledge and expertise with the team and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll research and analyse data, manage all Client Services reporting, and project manage new and emerging initiatives including legislative projects. You'll contribute to the operational and strategic direction of Client Services.
