About the role..
Fixed term 1 year - Reporting to the Production Manager, Production Administrator is responsible for the production roster, liaising between labour hire providers and Team Leaders to ensure sufficient staffing on the lines, communicate and replenish absentees and ensure timesheets are checked and submitted to payroll for processing.
Dayshift rotating roster.
- Checking the production plan daily to ensure sufficient staffing for each position
- Coordinate absentee replenishment
- Prepare and distribute rosters
- Monitor and report on attendance, headcount and absenteeism
- Liaise with Production Manager, Team Leaders and Line Leaders
- Liaise with labour hire providers and P&C team
- Check, amend and submit timesheets to payroll and labour hire providers
- General Production Administration
About you
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (Moderate for other MS Office Applications),
- KRONOS – Desirable
- Liaising with Labour Hire Agencies – Desirable.
- Experience with 3rd Party Payroll Platforms – Desirable.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Flexibility; able to work a rotating roster including every second weekend.
- Adaptability
