Your efforts will ensure a smooth process in production and high level of customer service.Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager this position is for a fixed term maternity leave coverage. You will be performing a diverse range of functions including general administration, processing orders, compiling quotations, scheduling jobs, procurement, coordinating inventory, invoicing, document control, reporting & liaising with customers.What are we looking for from you?Well-developed customer service and business communication skillsAdvanced administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracyHigh level proficiency in MS applications (word, excel)Experience in manufacturing operation/workshop environmentExpertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP - data entry, report generation and analysisDemonstrated experience with invoicing, job costing and job closure - advantageousQualifications in Business Administration and/or relevant work experienceThink you know Ampcontrol?
