Joining Brightwater as an Training Administrator within our Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will have a customer-focused work ethic, supporting the team to provide an outstanding service to our employees and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions and events, scheduling facilitators, presenters and equipment as needed. You will use your keen eye for detail to provide regular reports to business leaders on compliance and completion rates, along with maintaining accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS).
This position is being recruited on a permanent, full-time basis at our state of the art facility in Brightwater Central located in Inglewood.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a business administration position within a learning and development environment.
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use a range of technologies, including digital platforms, design tools and video conferencing tool, (eLearning software, desirable)
- An interest in continuous improvement, proactively identifying areas of development in process efficiency.
- Experience in developing and compiling reports with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and systems capability, with sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
