Based at our Carrara bakery, we are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development of all employees across our Carrara operations team to ensure they have the capability and requirements to perform their role as defined by the Training Skills Matrix.
This role will maintain administrative systems as well as the coordination of all training activities at Tip Top Carrara. You will be responsible to work with all leaders to ensure accountability for all SOP review, document control and Administration of all Training activities on site. This will include training in the areas of Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Maintenance and Production upskilling as well as Leadership development and other relevant skills.
Purpose of the Role
  • Support the delivery of end user SOP training using training environments, development of training data and training scheduling & logistics
  • Assist and provide delivery of training to the Tip Top team
  • Assist with and coach leaders on the SOP project training needs analysis, training strategy and training plans tying in with risk assessments
  • Support the development of training materials and documentation
  • Liaise with staff on site with respect to reviewing and updating SOP's and Documents as and when required
  • Monitor the quality of training delivery; ensure excellent delivery by all facilitators through mentoring & coaching (expert users & others)
  • Ensure assessment records are held on file and that supporting documentation, sign off and methods of assessment are consistent with GWF Policy and Procedures
  • Update and maintain the Training Matrix and relevant training records in individual staff files
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Must have a minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a high-risk or high-volume capacity environment desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills to keep track of and prioritise the various demands and deadlines and communication skills to manage their key stakeholders' expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • High degree of safety and quality awareness
