AddressThis position is permanent full time, 5/2 Roster. With the offer of an excellent remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
About The Role
- Assist the training assessor to plan & coordinate training sessions
- Liaising with Department Managers and Supervisors to maintain crew compliance and required skills to meet business needs
- Scheduling Crew Trainer workloads and performing assessments to the required standards (including refresher training)
- Ensure all training documentation is accurately completed and entered
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Training Coordinator position (desirable).
- Hold relevant Training Qualifications, with operational experience in Open-Cut Mining.
- A commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.
- Great facilitator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Monday to Friday Roster
